Raceview Park

The 2nd camp day was a great success, the weather wasn't to bad, considering the rain was pouring down up until and hour before we started... it ended up being a fantastic day and I hope everyone had as much fun as I did! In attending we had Macia, Caeley, Rylee, Ella, and Sarah.

Painting the horses has become a must do for every camp day, and I must say the horses don't seem to mind at all, they looked great. Go to the photo gallery or pictures from the day. Also a big thankyou to Melissa for helping out on the day.

The next lot of school holidays will include a ribbon day, including fancy dress class, dressage comp and lots more. If you want to attend the ribbon day, bookings will be taken closer to the holidays and money must be paid in full to keep your spot. (no refunds will be given)

Well the July school holidays are here! We had our first camp day for these school holidays today and it was quiet a chilly day but that certainly didn't stop us.... In attendance we had, Katelyn, Jasmine, Jordyn, Macia, Caeley and Melissa.  Checkout the photos in the photo gallery from today.

With the July school holidays fast approaching camp days are the hot topic at the moment. Camp days are booked out for school horses, but if you have your own horse I do still have one or two spots available, please book quickly to avoid disappointment.

Blessed with beautiful weather the 2nd camp day for the Easter school holidays was  held on the 14th of April. In attendance we had Caeley on Chocolate, Macia on Chip, Katie on Tilly, Shannyn on Nacho, Chloe on Pepsi, Katie on the gorgeous Ellie, and finally Freya on board Oscar!

Camp days are held every school holidays generally on a Wednesday from 9.30am to 2.30pm cost for these days are $90 per rider per day.

The first Camp day was held on the 7th of April with a very wet start to the day! The rain didn't stop us though, we started the morning with a stable management lesson, and luckily enough it stopped raining so we could saddle up and ride! 8 riders attended the camp day, Macia with her own pony Chip, Caeley and her pony Chocolate, Casey and her pony Zip and Kim on her lovely horse Mojo, Chloe rode Pepsi, Jasmine on Ellie and Sarah on board Nacho.

All horses behaved extremely well considering the wet   conditions and I must say all the riders rode very well for the younger  riders there was a great improvement by the end of the day. In the end although it was  wet it was a great day, I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. Lastly I want to say a big thank you to Freya and Keari for there help on the day, without them the day would not have run as smoothly as it did. Check out photos from the day in the photo gallery.

Update on Camp Days, the only spots available now are for people with their own horses, all Raceview Parks horses are booked for the days. If you would like to put your name down for next holidays, please do so.

Camp Days...........The Easter school holidays are fast approaching, and once again Raceview Park will be holding camp days. Bookings are essential and full payment will be required to hold your spot. ( no refunds)

The dates for the camp days are 7th of April and the 14th of April. Full cost is $90 per day, per child. Start time is 9.30am and pick up 2.30pm. Please bring along morning tea, lunch etc...

Some school horses are available, if you have your own horse you are encouraged to bring your own horse to camp days! 

The 2010 show season started with wet weather, Freya and Myself headed down to Il Cadore Indoor arena for a comp on the 31.1.10, both the two girls Barbie and Ellie  enjoyed the outing, even though it was very wet!! Lucky it was in the indoor arena so we didn't get to damp! Maybe one day when we the lotto we might have an indoor dressage arena at Raceview Park.
